it is the reason behind kirchoffs current law, it means that at any point of aconductor called anode, any charge that enteres that node gets out , that is there is no storage capapility at the node
Eqn. of continuity is nothing but law of conservation of charge.It means that any current flowing normal to an area must be due to a flow of charges (into or out) of that particular area i.e the rate of change of charge from that place.
