Re: working with TMS320F2812

Hi

I'm using eZdsp kit from Spectrum Digital fot TMS320F2812 DSP. I would like to know your opinion about this DSP. In particular about in-chip ADC. I'm having problem with it.

Best regards

Re: working with TMS320F2812

Hi

I have worked with this DSP and its ADC.
The F2810 & F2812 are not real DSPs( as you know TI first named it as DSP but now the name is changed to Digital Signal Controller) and their processing speed is limited to 150MIPs.
And about the ADC, the ENOB is not realy more than 10bit, so it's depends on your application. if your application is signal processing i am not recommend you using this ADC, but if you want to do control application, it will be helpful.

Regards
