H, RF choke (Inductor) is used to isolate AC signal and DC like wise DC blokcing capacitor is also used for the same purpose.

2.As shown in Figure (3), when to connect RF bypass capacitor and its purpose.
3. On what basis the values for RF bypass C and R are calculated.
4. In Figure (4), at the gate of M2, sometimes I have seen, a resistor in series with the DC source and a capacitor in parallel with DC source and resistor combination is connected. What is their purpose and does this modify the bandwidth of the circuit. And how to find their values. Thanks
