To split hairs about wording, you asked if it was available, not where. Have you searched for enamelled copper tape or sheets, etc., or looked at transformer supplies/parts? It must be on sale on alibaba or similar. It may be something you'd need to adapt to your needs? Probably no use either. Good luck!

Not sure if you found anything, I just had another search now for enamelled flat copper wire alibaba and got this promising result, you may find the order requirements are OTT if it's a one-off project, though (as often happens with electronics materials - you need 2 and have to buy 50 minimum...):enameled flat copper wire

Already noted alibaba and several others before inquiring here if there were any online shops which would sell in smaller quantities. There is also a few on ebay but they turned out to be of too small and another was far too large an ammount.

yes there are - but for a variety of reasons, round wire works very well - unless you are doing 50/60Hz transformer design
