Hi,
In designing doherty power amplifier. Do we need to consider the DC power consumption for each sub-amplifiers (carrier and peaking) in calculating and simulating the efficiency?

Yes. At higher input powers, the peaking amplifier starts drawing in large amounts of DC power which needs to be accounted for in the efficiency calculations.
