The expressions can be obtained using the impedance matching conditions:
1/Z0 = Z0*K/Z02^2 + Z0/K/Z03^2
1/(Z0*K) = 1/R + Z0/Z02^2
K/Z0 = 1/R + Z0/Z03^2
Please note that the expressions for Z02 and Z03 are swapped.
