hello

I am doing noise analysis in CADENCE and I have calculated the equivalent input noise and I am getting an integrated noise of 16uV/sqrtHz. How can I convert it into uVrms. Using print I can get total input referred noise in uVrms. But if I want to pick noise at a particular frequency e.g at 100Hz I am getting 6uV/sqrtHz. then How to convert this 6uV/sqrtHzinto uVrms?

Thanx

Squared noise density has to be to be integrated over observation bandwidth.

You multiply the V/sqrtHz times the square-root of the frequency bandwidth of interest to get the total noise.
You can't calculate the noise at a single-frequency, it has to include a bandwidth.
