lateral pnp with poly self-aligned ,its poly connects base?why?
 

normally, poly should be connected so that the MOS effect is negligeable.
 

There is further effect:

If the poly gate of the LPPNP is connected to a potential higher than base there is strong reduction of 1/f noise found. That could be observed if the simulation model is composed of the PMOS and a PNP.
