AC200V in but it's 3-phase

Hi,
I have this Flying probe that has "AC200V IN" lable on it but input is 3 phase.
The machine has Japan sockets. I'm in Europe.

What voltage could it need?

I don't know, frankly. Does it just mean the 200V is the max. it can tolerate? Another thing is, is it a 50/60Hz device, i.e. compatible with 50Hz?
 

It seems it is Japanese version.

So would it work on 50Hz for sure as it seems half of JApan has 50Hz?
 

200V and 100V are Japanese voltages.

If you think that is odd, half of Japan is 60 Hz, the other half is 50 Hz.

I visited a plant in Bulgaria a couple of months ago, and they had several Japanese machines. Every single one of them had a transformer that converted the 230V to 200V.
The transformer was a catalog item from a German company. Don't recall the name but a Google search will help.
 
Hi,

The CEE socket is for three phases.
But the cable (H07RNF3G4) is ony for one phase with neutral (or two phases).

Hopefully the green/yellow wire is used for protecting Earth GND (and not misused for power)....

then the blue wire schould be N (neutral)
and the black (or brown) should be L

In my eyes the biggest problem now is that in Germany the L-N voltage is 230V AC, but the device says 200V AC only.
