Hi I have read about current conveyor CCI and it was able to see some circuits schematics. However, when it comes to CCII circuits in CMOS I can't find any illustration only black boxes. Can anyone give an example or point to real circuit representation of the current conveyor CCII instead of just a box?

Regards.

I don't know this book, so can't say if it's useful.

And here's a simplified diagram of a CMOS current conveyor: current_conveyor.png

Falstad's simulator has current conveyors CCII type in its menu of circuits. Free to use and download:

https://www.falstad.com/circuit

Click the Circuits menu, scroll to Misc devices, then current conveyors. Most are made up of black boxes but a few show discrete cmos components.

Example, screenshot of CCII+ Implementation.

That's quite nice. Thank you both. Will check these both two suggestions.

@BradtheRad and @erikl out of curiosity, the triangle that we see on the second image is really an opamp/ota? Do we need this? And on the first picture, we can see an OTA< is that also really necessary?

In this circuit the op amp does the job of a comparator, or perhaps a logic gate. Except here it operates from a bipolar supply. The inputs are compared. High gain is applied. The output snaps positive or negative.
