I want to use HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor with a comparator. My goal is so simple. when a object comes in a certain range of the sensor the voltage of the comparator's Non-inverting pin will be higher than the Inverting pic and in output a LED will glowup.

My question is can i deal with echo pin and trigger pin of the sensor

The datasheet for the sensor shows how to trigger it and what its echo is. Its output is a pulse, not continuous.
But the translation from Chinese is a nightmare.
It says, " The Echo is a distance object that is pulse width and the range in proportion" which might be that the duration of the echo pulse is determined by the distance?

Your comparator will not do what you want.
