Hi, I have a small question.

If I have a signal of 1KHz (1ms) and run a duty cycle of 1% (10us ), is my frequency 1MHz, since (1/10us = 1MHz)

True.
I was looking for an Op-Amp, that can handle a pulse width of 10us – Then I expected that it least should have a 100KHz Gain Bandwidth Product.

Trying to relate pulse width to bandwidth misses the point. You better ask for reproducible rise time.
