I m repairing one unit this card is of that unit. i m not getting any details of these IC what function its does don't know.

Good luck with that. In my world I see that kind of
"product" marking only on engineering design validation
units produced on special test requests - certainly
not production-grade markings. So there is some chance
these are not "real products" but some sort of one-offs.
The form suggests they may be hybrids (multichip, and/
or passives on a substrate). If you have an "organ donor"
board then I suggest delidding some of the cans and see
if contents and maybe a printed substate P/N can be
found, maybe that leads to a mfr or even datasheets.
