hello
i have to use a power mosfet like (DE275-501N16A) in my pspise simulation but that one isnt availabe in captures lib please introduce me a mosfet like (DE275-501N16A). that must be avilabe in pspise

Why not use IXYS SPICE model in your simulation? **broken link removed**

can i convert these simulation codes to shematic eleman and use in capture?how?
 

I guess it's time to read a PSPICE manual and learn how SPICE models are linked to schematic symbols.

Astounding about my pspise manual and i think its not complete and another one please intoduce me a simple power mosfet and its driver thank you very much.
