RENESAS RL78/G13 Inbuilt RTC

I am using Renesas RL78/G13 it have inbuilt RTC.
I am getting RTC data but the time is running slow. I changed crystal 32.768 KHZ also but same problem. I added additional capacitor also but problem remains same.
