Offline Quasi resonant Flyback controller

Hello,
Anybody know of a Quasi resonant flyback controller with the following properties?…
1…between 7.5 and 10us minimum off time
2….maximum off time at least 17us
3…Does Overvoltage protection but not by the Vcc pin.
4….Overload protection
5....No second threshold to latch the controller of if CS pin voltage goes above the second threshold (only want one threshold on CS pin, ie, not an extra protection theshold in the CS pin)
