ptm finfet model (height of fin)

In ptm finfet model, where fin height is mentioned?
i am using 32nm ptm finfet model file.

It's not extra mentioned because it's the same as the gate width wdg, s. e.g. this Synopsys workshop, slide #4 .

You can't change it anyway - if you aren't the process owner - by any chance ;-)
