none of the properties 'last schematic extraction' or 'sylastextraction' was found

Hi
when i create a new symbol from schematic and use it in new schematic the following message appear when making 'run and netlist'
Error: Netlister: Can't find the Data ~~~~~/schematic was last extracted. None of the properties 'last schematic extraction' or 'sylastextraction' was found

Please Help !!!
 

You forgot to mention which software you refer to.
