P87LPC764FD microcontroller not working after programed

Dear sir,
The P87LPC764FD micro controller I have programed with G540 programmer,
I made a SOP to DIP converter for programming this mcu.(because the G540
is not supporting IN circuit programming). The program installed without any error
but not working on circuit board.(The circuit board is running with original IC)
I am confusing about this matter.have any setting G540 programmer!
please help me
