Dear All,
I want to deal in electronics product. I want to keep name of company.But how I check name which is not already registered trademark in india?
 

All I know is that trademark is associated with patent while registration of a company has to be done through the Co-operate Affairs Commission. This is for Nigeria and I think it should be applicable to many countries.
