Hello.
They mention tha EEPROM has 100.000 write cycles.
My question is "100.000 writes per address or per whole memory ? "
( Can I write 100.000 times on address #1 , then another 100.000 times on #2 and so on ? )
Thank you

100.000 write cycles not limit the IC lifetime. In this interval parameters of the IC not changes significally.
The real lifetime depends from the working environment...

Normally the endurance is 1M cycles. Now it is 10k in you case. I can't found your reference datasheet. If the cycling test is byte write, you are right. If it is page wirte, 100K is for page, all bytes in the same page can be wrote 100K cycles.
