[SOLVED] 3.3v to 5v converter ic

my MCu is generating a pwm signal of frequency 20khz @ 3.3v peak ,,i have to vonvert this 3.3 to 5v logic,,,,,do you know how to how ti interface 74hc541 to MCu?
 

Just use a 74HCT541 chip (5v supply) , the "T" stands for TTL level compatibility anything below 0.8v is translated to a low level and anything >2v is translated to a high level
 
74HCT logic is well suited for 3.3V to 5V level conversion.
