cpld and fpga which will provide 5 volt of operating input/ output pin voltage

Hi any one sugest me ? i want use more than 60 input and output pins with the output pin voltage of 5v instead of 3.3 volt ,which cpld and fpga will satisfy this conditon ? i want to use this for industrial automation purpose.thank you
 

Microsemi has a MX antifuse FPGA that is 5v only.
