low power trigerring circuit!

i wanna design a circuit that gets trigerred on very low power and retains its state for quite a long time!! plz help me out!

schimitt trigger is not required!
 

yes latching type could be used,basically i wanna trigger the circuit as a roller turns the motor,but the prob is that it does not keeps on generating energy untill the roller is being turned,i don wana use flywheel technology,what i wished to search was just a triggering circuit that once triggered could produce self sustainable energy to the circuit for the maximum period that it could withhold .
