A little word about this "ceda place". Yes, they have a nice website that looks like it has some nice low cost training options. Their so-called "Altium Training" is simply a collection of videos that are freely available from the Altium website, but repackaged and organized onto a DVD. Not impressed at all. Feel free to order one of these Altium training DVDs from them and find out for yourself. You'll just see the same exact videos given by Altium that you can get on your own for free on Altium's website.

I see what you mean I just downloaded the brochure for Alitum traning and that pdf file looks very much the same as the one on Altium but without Altium logo on there :)

Your better off looking on Altium and youtube there is plenty of video's to learn, but this will not get you certified unless you pay for the training but to be honest laying out PCB'S is an art in it's self and not very easy and it take's years of practice to get it right, the saying is there is more than a 1000's of ways skining a cat as they say.
I just looked at demo's boards and other PCB's to get a feel and better understanding been doing it now for 15 years or more and still learning

I was dumb enough to buy one of their "training programs" and was shocked to see the familiar Australian accented "Hi, Marty here ..." Then I went through the rest of the DVD and the whole thing is something I could have just done myself by downloading and burning to a DVD. It's too bad they did this because now with Altium not updating the downloadable documents anymore and trying to sell their own highly priced training. I think I'm going to donate this DVD I bought to Altium and see what they think of this place reselling their freely available videos.

Yeah after all it is classed as fraud, easy way to make money, once I'd seen the document striaght away I knew it was the same as the altium one without there logo on.
