Hi Friends,

I compared inductor simulation in both ADS mom and FEM environment, strangely found the inductance of FEM is much larger than that of Momentum, and the L & Q curve is something abnormal. BTW, the simulated inductor agree with measurement well. So I think there must be something wrong with the FEM setting. Anybody can tell me is there any additional attention should be paid to FEM setting?

I remenber one paper claim that the each port in FEM will induce additional 0.3nH inductance, do you confirm that and what is your comments?

Thank you!

It is difficult to give advice without knowing your model's port configuration and simulation settings.
