Greetings.

According to wikipedia GMII and MII is backwards compatible. But i can't find an answer to whether RGMII and RMII is backwards compatible.

I have a K70 kinetis microcontroller which supports MII/RMII Ethernet connected to a RGMII PHY (item warehouse and product quantity considerations dictate using 1000/100/10 PHY over a 10/100 RMII/MII PHY)l.

If someone knows, clarification would be appreciated.
Best Regards
