Anyone know how to calculate what is described in the "ESR Test System" section of the application note referenced above?

"ESR is calculated by equating the change bandwidth (BW) and Q, as compared to the initial unloaded shorted line condition. The BW data is put into an equation along with the initial line characterization to calculate the ESR of the test sample."

If I were you, I would use simulation software, first get the test system ESR, then add DUT model, then iterate to get the ESR of DUT.

That being said, what would be my "C"?

Typically there is a rated C and measured C. I would think I want to use the measured "C" for this equation.
