7-segment 8-digits bipolar p-n-p

Please help me find link with 7-segment 8-digits ,with conrol on bipolar
p-n-p transistors or p-channel transistors.

Maybe attached file will be helpfull for you.
This is 13-digit 7-segment display.
Digits are with common anodes, so p-n-p bipolar transistors are use.
