Some of your manuals are US Army versions, freely downloadable from the LOGSA website. You should not be charging money for them.

For $35, I can buy some of those manuals from ManualsPlus, and have originals instead of scans.
 

I cannot access the US army site, there seem to be no responce?

Does anyone know where I can find a manual for a Tektronix 2710 Spectrum Analyser elsewhere?

One can download the original soft copies of these manuals from Tek site itself.

Besides there are numerous other ppl who offer it for much lesser. For $35, you have to do better than give a scanned copy man.
