the assura lvs run failed

hi,all, please help me !

the problem is : The Assura LVS Run "OP" from /home/design/start/AssuraLVS failed! The log file is at /home/design/start/AssuraLVS/OP.log .

and DRC is run successfully.

what result this?

How could anybody help without seeing your log file? :roll:
 

yea more info is reqiured. Test the outputs first, make a netlist them stream out, make a gds incase a symbol or pcell is missing or faulty.
