what is the value of channel length modulation constant in 180nm in mentor?

Channel length modulation (CLM) strongly depends on channel length itself, on Vds and on inversion operation mode, hence should be extracted at an appropriate operation point.

On absence of other conflicting effects which may also affect the gradient of the Id-vs-Vds characteristic (DIBL, hot electron injection), the CLM parameter λ can be calculated as the reciprocal value of the Early Voltage VA (λ = 1/VA) , extracted at the proper operation point from the measured or simulated Id-vs-Vds characteristic, see e.g. Behzad Razavi "Design of Analog CMOS Integrated Circuits" or David M. Binkley "Tradeoffs and Optimization in Analog CMOS Design".
