we usually use MOS_diode , but have any method use
P-N junction make a diode in CMOS design

and another problem is , CMOS can use reverse junction for zener diode ?
and zener volt can be measure/simulation by hspice ??

Yes, we can use the PN juction as a diode.
For zener diode, it is few for pure cmos circuit.

I'm sure there will be processes around that offer zener diodes on chip, but this extra option will cost you a lot money for your chip. It is up to you if this extra cost is needed. There are other ways to make stable on-chip voltage or current references. And if their performance is not as good as you wish it would be, why not use an external reference? Perhaps that's a more cost-effective way to do it.
