1)would #318 and #319 use with ir2110 for 310v to 220 v ?
 

will more simply do this with all new circuit (like #347) in contrast with remake #318 & #319 for ir2110 & 310V
 

i think #318 and #319 has standard in programming (use sine tables ) etc
 

sorry, no battery charging in this circuit. May be later i do something on the base of mcu controlled arc welding device.

I have no complete design with stm8s103f3 (TSSOP20). 310VDC/220AC project is not complete because high level of the hindrances from working H-bridge obstructs output voltage measurements and overcurrent protection.
I think i know how solve this problem, but at present time i have no time for this

what do you mean by not bad, as this would be a great achievement if it works satisfactorily..
 

I mean **3843 as mosfet driver is not worse than already mentioned scheme with three npn transistors and provide 5V supply for mcu and reliable current protection. And TL/UC/KA/etc 3843 is very cheap microcircuit.

how are you detecting the overload
 

the mcu see low level on PINB.2 when inverter is in work and do necessary conclusion
 

why don't you use TLP250 for high side switching..
 

npn+mosfet in output stage of HCPL is better than npn+pnp in TLP250.

I was wondering did you end up getting the circuit in #161 working properly I like the idea of all discrete components and only one IC ?

as i remember that scheme is work, in principle, but more suitable to use mildly garbled signal with trapezoidal forms than this resemblance of the bridge scheme.
