Driving BLDC with Toshiba TB6575

I made a circuit with TB6575 to drive BLDC, but i have a problems with tuning startup parameters. BLDC rotates, but too slowly so it can't get to sensorless mode. Can somebody points me to any documents showing how to tune parameters for driving BLDC (how to calculate startup parameters)? Any advice?

There was similar tread (https://www.edaboard.com/threads/57006/), but no feedback information if project has finished successfully.
