i need to interface pdf417 barcode with microcontroller 18f4550

hi


i need interface barcode pdf417 to 18f4550 and send the data from barcode to servar (computer)
i using EUSART
and my barcode caple is rs-232 so i connect MAX232 between microcontroller and rs-232

but i didnt know the output from the pdf417 barcode will be Encrypted or it will send the number and if data encrypted how i can decode it software

and how i can connect the micocontroller to servar hardware knowing that i use UESART one time on to connect max232 with pic18f4550 can i use EUSART again on the same pic18f4550 to the server ??
plz any help will be good for me

I want see the barcode datasheet? Is that explain what is the data send through RS232. If don't have that, anybody can't help except anyone have done use it. I want to see to learn new thing.

i solve the probloem about EUSART hardware i just nw want know how i can decode the pdf417 barcode on software
