want a good output circuit for IQS127D touch controller ic

I have bought IQS127D ic's from online.And I tried it with basic figured circuit which is in this pdf link.But It doesn't work or touch out put don't give any voltage out.

I don't know why.So please anyone can help me?!

please share your best idea for how to get good out put level for this ic.
