USA to EUROPE radio standard modification

Hi!

I have a Pioneer DEH-P625 car radio.
This made for the USA radio standard, and only find the impaired termination radio stations (E.g.: 103.1MHz)
This must have to change that capble to find the both termination stations

The PLL IC: PM2004B with 7.2MHz crystal
The tuner's IC: PA4023A and 4024A with 10.260MHz crystal.

This modification possible without changing the tuner or ppl part?
