ADC0808 not working properly

i have interfaced ADC0808 to 89s52 port0. the adc is not giving output correctly i have made connection correctly and program is also correct (reffered mazidi) i m using a pot to vary voltge at channel0 but dc output does not changes for clock i used 7474 4digit asynchronous counter to reduce frequency of crystal 11.092MHz
 

You are using channel 0 but mazidi used channel 1 . if other things are OK you will get output.
