Hi

What is the meaning of "high" in "high SoC design" ?

In which context did you find this? Could mean e.g. "high speed SoC design" or "high power SoC design" or "high compexity SoC design" or "high integration grade SoC design". Or "high cost SoC design" ;-)

I found it in SRAM design papers.

I guess "high density".
