help need to program dsPIC33F from a PICKIT2 from Sure Electronic

I have a Sure Electronic PICKIT2 I have setup every thing on the software from micochip I download when I program the dsPIC33F it said No Device Found can some one help he is the picture I have put the dsPIC33F where pin1 in the 40 pin socket is this right. Can any one let me no if the PICKIT2 can program the dsPIC33FJ64GP802 I have check every thing has any one tell me how to set up the software and where to put the dsPIC33F in the socket I have try every thing I no. Can any one tell me if the target board may not work for the dsPIC33FJ64GP802 as it a clone and not the Micochip board
