error during momentum simulation with ADS

hi folks,after imported dxp file into momentum, i set layers, change the mesh setup,then run sim
there a error out as:
ERROR:THE EM LAYOUT PREPROCESSOR CAUGHT THE FOLLOWING EXCEPTION: BAD ALLOCATION

guys,i never met this before( ads 2009u1)

How to resolve it? Could anyone help me? Thanks!
