Hi
I have just started using hspice. I am trying to simulate a two stage opamp in hspice.
I have a confusion that for the mosfets should I use :

1. Models provided in hspice by default (one of from LEVEL=1 to LEVEL=64)
OR
2. Defining model library and then including library in my circuit netlist

And also how to choose technology (minimum channel length like 0.13um/0.18um/0.35um technology).

You should use pratical model from technology library. Don't use the hspice default model (it is only used for teaching).
