Power supply Help needed- how to add a 7 segment to display the output voltage

Hello Forum

I am 3rd semester Electrical Engineering student , I made a 12 v Regulated DC Power supply as my mini project, now in order to modify it , i want to add a 7 segment to display the voltage which is at output and add a potentiometer to vary the voltage at output and the segemnt display voltage changes accordingly. so how do i do it
