OIP3 vs. ACP

Can someone help me in understanding the chart.

This is a half watt RF amp at 880MHz. In the chart left, IM3 product(dBc) is quite stable over Pout. However, in the chart right, ACP decreases as Pout decreases.

My understanding is that ACP is a combination of IM3, IM5, IM7..., but IM3 is the biggest contributor. How can IM3 maintain the same and ACP linear decrease?
