Interfacing KEYPAD & LCD simultaneously ?

I want to ask that how to interface keypad & LCD simultaneously by using DATA, Strobe keypad & strobe LCD and Clock pins.

same Data pin for both of them.

If anybody have any idea about this share it with me please.

it will be possible if you have a dedicated keyboard and lcd controllers separately.

strobe keyboard then --> RD control of kb data
strobe lcd then --> WR control of data

datalines to both.
