Hi, all:

Please give me some suggestions on PCB layout for 1Mx16 high speed Asynchronous SRAM.

I know I need to do a delay matching for signal pins. what else that I need to put into consideration？　How to prevent the crosstalk ?

What manufacturer of ram are you going with? They sometimes have quite a bit of information on recommended layout.

The vendor did not give PCB suggestion for ASRAM.
