Pattern generator using PIC

I want to generate the waveform shown in attachment below using PIC18F458.

The frequency is variable but the pulses should be as shown in the image.

Please give your ideas.
 

Just use a loop with a delay between each switching period. Make the delay adjustable to get different speeds. If there is a fixed difference between the #1 pulse and the others, use a calculation based on your variable to set the relative times.
