How to install PALASM4 1.5 on machine with Windows 2000?

PALASM4 problem

I need to install PALASM4 1.5 on a machine with win 2000 and I get a system error about memory, normaly Z9 or some think like that.

It is posible to use this program on win 2000?? How to install and configure? Whit EMS or not? ......
