an anybody suggest me a layout structure of capacitor?

Hi All,

can anybody suggest me a layout structure of capacitor with only metals and can give higher cap value,

comb-like structures give quite a high density, especially in you alternate the the fingers in every metal layer.
I also read that fractal structures have very high density but I never tried.

you can go wiht woven structure offers highest capacitor densities..... but the dissipation is more in this structure.
